DOS program does not close because program is frozen.
Cause:
The DOS-based program is frozen and no longer responds to the system.
Solution:
Press CTRL+ALT+DEL and click 'End task'.
Do one or both of the following:
1) Press CTRL+ALT+DEL and click 'End task'.
2) If the task cannot be ended, press CTRL+ALT+DEL to reboot the system.
NOTE: Give the computer a few seconds to respond between the first and second times you press CRL+ALT+DEL.
